Here's the assembled and sweat-soldered copper tubing cow-catcher for the steampunk droid.

R2-G4 also got to ask Willis what he was talking about.

R2-G4 and I had a great time towing three of the Hard Knox Rollergirls around the show floor at AdventureCon 2009 in Knoxville, TN this past weekend.

Steampunk droid cow catcher

Started work on a copper tubing "cow catcher" for the front of his chassis, like you'd see on an old steam locomotive.

Got most of the chassis solid, and got the body mounted. Also finished riveting the copper plates to the head.
